Alfonso, Chef de Cuisine at Chez Philippe, for an
evening of authentic Tunisian fare.
The
leader of the revival of Tunisian cuisine, prominent Chef Tlatli has recently
appeared everywhere from food columns to radio to national television. A native
to the Tunisian city of Nabeul, Chef Tlatli
attended Hotel and Tourism School in Germany and trained in several European
countries. He eventually returned to his home country to enhance traditional
Tunisian cuisine while creating innovative modern variations of traditional
dishes.
