Chefs and Mixologist now have a chance to compete and see who can create the best bite and sip at the Flava Faceoff of Memphis, a premier three-day cooking competition presented by Sam’s Club during the 2025 World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest.
This head-to-head battle will feature the top chefs and mixologists from Memphis’ vibrant hospitality industry as they compete to create their best dish or cocktail for a panel of judges, and contestants must prepare 50 bite/sips for the public to taste.
There will be a total of seven contests for chefs and mixologists to compete in, and each contest will feature two chefs or mixologists.

Registration for the competition closes at midnight on April 18th.
Participants will be notified of their selection by April 30th. Once selected, a competitor packet with competition details will follow.
