Who Can Enter?
This competition is intended for entry-level barbecue cooks.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be considered an entry-level Pitmaster.
You have not won any major food competitions or any prizes valued at over $1,500 in a single event.

Grand Prize Includes:
– An automatic paid entry into the 2027 Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest in the Patio Porkers Division ($625 value) or $500 cash prize!
