2025 GARR Half Marathon
Welcome to the Great American River Run Half Marathon, taking off on Saturday, May 24, 2025! The city’s premier river race is the perfect Memorial Day weekend destination.
Run GARR and you’ll walk away with soft-style 13.1 race shirt and a 13.1 medal when you cross the finish line. Plus, you’re invited to the best post-race party in south with assorted sliders, cupcakes and beer!
Gear check opens at 5:30 AM
Half-marathon start time is 7:00 AM
The Start & Finish line is at AutoZone Park, 200 Union Ave., Memphis TN 38013
Cash Prize Breakdown:
(winners in the men and women divisions receive same amount in cash prize in all races)

You’ll have a bit more pep in your step when you come across our in-course entertainment including fireworks start, post-race food and beer as well as Start and Finish at AutoZone Park stadium home of the Memphis Redbirds. The Great American River Run is the total package!
Our event is about the EXPERIENCE! You’ll run by historical landmarks throughout downtown and along the Mississippi River.
