Eric Benet

During a career that has spanned over three decades, R&B singer and actor Eric Benét has become a living legend within the world of contemporary soul with his deeply romantic music. While smash hits such as “Spend My Life With You” and “Sometimes I Cry” made him a music star, Benet also became a star of the silver screen with roles in TV series such as For Your Love and Kaya, among others.  Over the span of his career, Benét has received four Grammy Award nominations in the R&B category and was awarded the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Song for his performance of “Spend My Life with You.” Benét was also nominated for the Black Reel Award for Best Actor in TV movie/cable for his role in the film Trinity Goodheart.
