North Mississippi Allstars

Much like their father, the legendary musician and producer Jim Dickinson,the North Mississippi Allstars’ Luther and Cody Dickinson are committed to taking their region’s traditional musical forms in brave new directions. From blues and rockabilly to hip-hop and funk, the band has been creating music in an astonishing diversity of styles since their debut album ,Shake Hands with Shorty ,was released in 2000. While the Allstars can still rock a crowd with the best of them, their 2022 album Set Sail showed a softer and more soulful side to the band, illustrating the depths of their diverse influences yet again.
